She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sherman Wheeler and Goldie Avis Williams Wheeler; her husband James A. Wade; and her siblings, Wayland Wheeler, Beverly Hill and Gary Wheeler.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Wade Craft, Tondalaya Wade VanLear and James Morris Jarrett; her siblings, Gerald S. Wheeler (Sue), Betty K. Campbell, Carole E. LeDane, Janice M. McKinney, Valerie W. Westmoreland (Lee), Connie W. Karnes (Mark) and Sherry L. Wheeler; her grandchildren, Eryn VanLear, Katie VanLear Poulsen, Sara VanLear and Rhonda Smith; and her great grandchildren, Hannah Craft, Auden Wolfe, Judah Poulsen and Rèmy Poulsen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
