He is survived by: his wife Sandra Stevens; his daughters, Trista Stevens and Tosha Stevens; his parents, Kenneth Stevens and Jane Stevens; his grandchildren, Remington Tarlton, James Gatling Tarlton and Paislee Shingleton; his brother Eric Stevens (Rhonda); and his parents-in-law, Windel Cox and Jean Cox.
