He is survived by: his significant other Ashlee Foutz Colwell; his son Teil Duncan; his stepson Zeke Colwell; his parents, Kay Duncan and Neil Duncan of Fincastle; his siblings, Tracy Duncan (Jane) of Jefferson, MD, Adrienne Thrasher (Kelley) of Eagle Rock, Leslie Woodie (Mark) of Daleville, Allison Hall (Jerry) of Riner, Chris Duncan of Fincastle, Molly Marshall (Greg) of Buchanan and Carrie Carswell (Warren) of Buchanan; his uncle Chick; his aunt Lorraine; and his close friends, Jerry Foutz of Vinton and Jason Stafford of Roanoke. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
