She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Spradling (Billy) and Connie Sublett (Don); and her grandchildren, Jerry Foutz, Jr. (Susan), Jeffrey Foutz (Lisa), Michelle Creasy, Angela Perry (Dean) and Chere Witt (Randy). She is also survived by two nieces and three nephews.
