He is survived by: his sister Betty; his brother-in-law Herman Plybon of Peachtree City, GA; his children, Gary (Margaret Hannabass Pagans), Cleve (Brenda Poff Pagans), Charlotte Pagans Cross of Lake Oswego, OR, Dora Jane (Chuck Gross), Daryl Pagans of Christiansburg, VA and Jim Pagans of Hardy, VA; and also Michelle Chandler of Bassett, VA..
