She was predeceased by: her husband Burrell S. Whitlow; her daughter Marilyn W.; her sons-in-law, William G. and Carl E. Perdue, Jr.; her siblings, Virginia B. DeFelice and Charles L. Booth, Jr.; and her parents, Grace S. Booth and Charles L. Booth.
She is survived by: her children, Zachary S and Melinda W. Perdue of Lynchburg; her grandchildren, William S. and Malissa; her great grandchildren, Jennifer, Brayden Mason, Maisie McClintock, Ellie McClintock, Xander McClintock, Ridley Roberts, Josie McClintock and T. J. McClintock; her nieces, Sharon B. Short, Kathy D. Large and Grace B. Cook; her nephew Charles DeFelice; and her friend Peggy Smith of Gatlinburg, Tennessee..
