She was predeceased by: her husband Donald R. Young; her parents, Lemuel James Ayers Sr. and Lonie Dellis Ayers; her siblings, James M. Ayers, Richard Ayers, L. J. Ayers Jr., Mae Murphy, Bonnie Minnix, Reva Payne and Viola Moore; her close friend Jim Myers; and also James Myers.
She is survived by: her sisters, Coleen Duke and Joyce Mayhew. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
