He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Clark and Annie Mae Horn Clark; his siblings, Jackie Clark and Patricia Feazell; and his brother-in-law Douglas Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Feazell Clark; his children, Tina Rush (Gene), Rena Jennings, Sheri Altizer (Will) and Kent Clark (Lainey); his grandchildren, Danya Jennings Barrett (Jay), David "Bubba" Jennings II (Tori), Keith Jennings (Kara Jones), Brandon Jennings, Kristal Rush (Kai Do), Jill Rush, Clark Rush, Arliss Carr, Ann Marie Altizer and Lilla Clark; his great grandchild Bear Jennings; his siblings, Jeff Clark (Kim) and Linda Anderson; his brother-in-law Tony Feazell; and his son-in-law David Jennings. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
