He is survived by: his granddaughter Whendy Widener (Roger); his great grandchild Chad Trumble; his grandson Allen Cook (April); his friend Cyril Cook; his daughters, Shannon Blossom (Donnie), Rhonda Fields (John) and Lisa Sprinkle (Mike); and also Carol Cavendish. He is also survived by Numerous Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, Great Great-Grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
