He is survived by: his friends, James Brown, Bo Simmons, Butch Burdette and David Thompson; his mother Claire Equi; his siblings, Lou Ann Terry, Tina Harris (Troy) and Charlie Equi (Debbie); and also, Doris Ann and Cindy.
