It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laurence Talbot (Vinton, Virginia), born in Teaneck, New Jersey, who passed away on August 19, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Talbot and Margaret Schmitzer Talbot; and his brothers, Richard (Maxine), Bruce (Maris), Donald (Tish), Robert (JoAnn) and Geoffrey (Sue).

He is survived by: his wife Cathy Baker Talbot; his daughter Lisa Talbot Long (Billy); and his grandson Konnor Long.

His family asked that donations be made to the Hardy Life Saving and Rescue Squad, 12923 Hardy Rd., Hardy VA 24101.
