He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Jervis (Mark), Tami Daniels (Steve) and Lori Feazell (Brian); his grandchildren, Emily Jervis, Daniel Jervis, Hunter Feazell (Jacklyn), Faith Feazell and Gracie Feazell; and his sister Etta.
