It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ball (Vinton, Virginia), who passed away on May 24, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Earl; her parents, Oakey Gray and Nellie Gray; her siblings, Audrey "Sissy" Wilkerson, Troy Gray Sr., Leroy Gray and Jerry Gray; her children, Earl D. "Davey" Ball, Jr. (Janet Ball) and Robin D. Westhafer (Sean Westhafer); her grandchildren, Hannah Hale (Chris Hale), Michaela Ball and Brandon Westhafer; her great grandchildren, Robert Davis Hale and Emmett Ross Hale; and her siblings, Linda Rice, Dorothy Heins, Jackie Gray (Nancy) and Danny Gray (Linda). She was also cherished by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, other family members and friends.
