He is survived by: his wife Cindy Baldwin; his children, Andrea Ruth Baldwin (Joseph Kniskern), James David Baldwin and Rachel Marie Baldwin (Jarrod Piner); his mother Virginia Joyce Crosswhite Baldwin; his sisters, Cathy Anthony (Lee, Jr.) and Dana Laffoon (Michael); and his nephew Michael A. Ruble (Sara).
