With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Gray (Vinton, Virginia), who passed away on January 22, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Gray and Annie Gray; his son Joey; his brothers, Edward, Maynard and Bobby; and his sisters-in-law, Annie Akers and Pauline Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice; his granddaughter Billie Jo of Rhode Island; and his siblings-in-law, Thelma Jones of Chester, Hazel Gray, Shirley Gray, Eugene Barton (Ginger) of Salem, Sherman Compton (Brenda) and Alvin Akers (Nelva). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lynn Haven Baptist Church or to the American Heart Association.
