It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jody Lynn Gordon (Vinton, Virginia), who passed away on September 22, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Gordon and Martha Gordon; his former wife Bonnie O'Brien Gordon; his daughter Mikaela; and his brother Russell "Bud" Gordon.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy; his son George "Russ" Rice (Elizabeth "Beth"); his grandson George; his son Linwood "Greg" Rice; his grandson William Rice; and his siblings, Lewis "Buster" Gordon, Kevin Gordon (Marsha), Della Hicks (Clayton), Robin Snead (Lacy), Judy Gordon, Lisa Patterson and Vanessa Crouch (Marvin). He is also survived by Numerous nephews, nieces, and devoted friends.
