It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan St. Clair of Vinton, Virginia, who passed away on April 10, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis K. Dingledine and Edith V. Dingledine; her husband Kenneth O. St; and her brother Karl M. Dingledine. She is survived by: her siblings, Charles M. Dingledine (Patsy), Jean D. Truman of Hardy, Patricia Whitmore (John) of Fort Myers, Fla., Sue Burks (Billy) of Vinton and Brenda Miller (John) of Roanoke; and her grandchildren, Seaira and Daniel.
