He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Bush and Kathryn Bush. He is survived by: his wife Patricia V. Bush; his daughters, Katie Hetherington (Curt) and Kendra Mullen (Jared); his grandchildren, Kenleigh, Chloe, Ellouise, Hank Jeffrey and Rory; his sisters, Patti Childers (Will) and Cindy Weikel (Dwayne); his siblings-in-law, Sharon McGowan (Mike) and Randall Via (Fran); and his mother-in-law Nancy Droste. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
