She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Strother Williams and Lucy Meredith Williams; her husband Thomas DeLong; and her brother Claude Williams (Jim). She is survived by: her sisters, Marie Gray of Mt. Pleasant, Shirley Overacre of Blue Ridge and Doris Sours of Chesterfield. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lotz Funeral Home (305 E Washington Ave, Vinton, VA 24179). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the TBD Lotz Funeral Home (305 E Washington Ave, Vinton, VA 24179).
