She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Chittum and Florence Chittum; her husband Wayne Markham; her sister Cynthia C.; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Hankins.

She is survived by: her nieces, Judy F. Hankins, Tim Huffman and Kathie H. Moorman (Jimmy); and her significant other Johnny Fielder.
