James Whitlow Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2023, at the age of 77, James Whitlow of Vinton, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Whitlow and Louise Whitlow; and his brothers, Robert and William Whitlow, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Triplett Whitlow; his children, Tim Whitlow and Kimberly Whitlow; his nephew Chris Whitlow; and his niece Missy Whitlow Smith. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
