He is survived by: his children, Gloria Carter, Rita Mason, Kathy Webber (Mark Hilton) and Richard Payne (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Kevin Carter (Kim) and Heather Hartberger (Brian); and his great grandchildren, Kasi Abell, Tyler Oliver, Kaleb Carter and Kollin Carter.
