He was predeceased by: his parents, James Willie and Reva Willie Abshire; and his brothers, Herbert Abshire and Curt Abshire. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Ray Abshire, William Kelly Abshire and Lisa Gail Liles (Keith); his granddaughters, Kayla Abshire Holland (Brian) and Sierra Spain Sanford (Ryan); his sisters, Josie Shockley, Dorothy Shockley, Joyce Akers and Bonnie Ballard; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte James Sanford and Brian Matthews Holland.
