She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Kersey and Aretta Kersey of Alleghany, VA.; her husband Winston Webb; and her siblings, H. B. and Pat.
She is survived by: her siblings, Leon, Jean, Sharky and Sharon; and her sons, Matthew (Michelle) and Gregory (Sarah). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great- grandchildren.
