He is survived by: his wife Janie Anderson Murphy; his siblings, Thomas Murphy (Nancy) and Connie Thornton (Allen); his sister-in-law Rita Anderson White; his children, Reatha Sanburn (Wayne) and Jeff Murphy (Carol); and his grandchildren, Randy Murphy (Robin) and Teri Richardson.
