He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Howell and Geneva Howell; and his sister Audrey Keller. He is survived by: his wife Marion L. Howell; his brother Wilson Howell; his sister-in-law Shirley Shrader (Bill); and his nieces and nephews, Sara Fisher, David Howell, James Keller, John Keller, Bud Keller, Judy Liedtke, Kirk McGuire, William Eric Shrader and Mark Edward Shrader.
