She was predeceased by: her parents, William Teaford and Essie Zell Teaford; her husband Ethan Neil Rogers, Jr.; and her siblings, Gordon, Kenneth, Leroy, William (Bill), Bernard (Bernie), Bobby Teaford, Claudine Teaford Barger, Dorothy Teaford Watkins and Julia Teaford Dudding.

She is survived by: her sister Betty Teaford Miller; her nephew Malcolm Dudding; her nieces, Brenda Sue Richards, Shirley Barger Higgins, Angela Watkins and Barbara Barger Austin; her godsons, Johathan, Benjamin and Jacob Mays; her sister-in-law Beulah Teaford; her close friends, Linda Parks and JoAnne Simmons; and also Caitlyn Downey.

In lieu of flowers, please consider the Debt Retirement Fund at Hollins Road Baptist Church 3502 Old Mountain Road Roanoke, VA 24019.
