He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonzie Earl Howell and Lillian G. Ware Howell. He is survived by: his children, Renee Howell Collins (Anthony) and Phillip Howell (Libby); and his brothers, Bobby and Bill Howell. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
