He is survived by: his wife Joyce DeWeese Hale; his children, Colleen Dudley (Richard), Brandi Shelley, Willard Hale and Terry Hale; his grandchildren, Ashley, Summer, Brooke, Sidney and Preston; his great grandchildren, Christopher and Hendricks; his sister Linda Parker (Barry); his sisters-in-law, Sharon Jeter, Shirley Hale, Nancy Graham (Larry) and Rita Poda (Tommy); his nephews, James Hale (Betty) and Melvin Jordan (Dawn); and his niece Whitney Poda (Jamie).
