We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2023, at the age of 94, Geraldine Loyd Stinnette of Vinton, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude D. Loyd and Delilah Patsel Loyd of Mt. Pleasant; her siblings, Gertrude "Ginger" Loyd Fuqua, Calvin G. Loyd of Roanoke and John O. Loyd of Roanoke; and her husband Alfred M. Stinnette.

She is survived by: her children, Michael W. Stinnette (Vicki) of Roanoke, Sue Stinnette Switzer (Ronnie) of Roanoke, Jane Stinnette Ramsey (Wayne) and Salem; her granddaughter Shannon D. Stinnette of Raleigh, NC; her great grandchild Alison N. Stinnette (Roanoke); and also, Kathy Fuqua Caldwell and Tyler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
