He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Goode Bushnell and Paul Eugene Bushnell. He is survived by: his wife Sherrie Hubbard Bushnell; his daughters, Stephanie Bushnell Lane (Scott) and Lauren Bushnell Hatcher (Travis); his grandson Kaden Knox Hatcher; his brothers, Robert Bushnell (Cindy), Dean Bushnell (Katherine) and Frank Hubbard, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Pam. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

In the last seven weeks, Gary survived two surgeries, an infection, pneumonia, and less than 24 hours after being diagnosed with Covid, he lost his life. If you want to join our family in celebrating Gary's life, please honor him by wearing a mask to the viewing and to the funeral.
