It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garland David Guynn (Vinton, Virginia), born in Eggleston, Virginia, who passed away on August 27, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Guynn and Martha Guynn; and his siblings, Bruce Guynn, Everett Guynn, Pauline Hoover, Vivian Kingery and Hazel Ballard.
He is survived by: his wife Nannie McBride Guynn; his daughter Connie Guynn Houff (Gary Houff); his granddaughters, Sarah Houff Doss (Matthew Doss) and Callie Lyn Houff (Shane Webb); his great grandchildren, Jackson and David Doss; and his brother Herbert Guynn (Jeanette). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
