He was predeceased by: his father Robert Chaszar; his grandmother Evelyn Chaszar (Honey); and his brother Bobby Chaszar. He is survived by: his significant other Angela Driggs; his daughters, Brittany Ayers (Cody), Abigail Chaszar (Chris), Morgan Chaszar and Nevaeh Driggs; his stepdaughters, Elaina Brammer (Justin), Hailey Macino (Justin) and Katlyn Ferguson (Corey); his grandchildren, Haley LaPradd, Grant LaPradd, Rylee Looney, Braden Brammer, Easton Brammer and Everett Winters; his mother Bonnie Chaszar; his sister Dana Chaszar; his close friend Randy; and his pets, Sunka, Rico and Roxi. He is also survived by many friends, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Eric's name be made to the American Heart Association.
