With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Turner of Vinton, Virginia, who passed away on March 26, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Stevens Turner and Herman Stevens Turner. He is survived by: his wife Gay; his children, Brad Turner and Kara Campbell (Ryan); his grandchildren, Jaxon and Ally Campbell; and his sister Marie Chattin (Charlie).

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
