She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Adkins; her granddaughter Heather Adkins; her nephew John Thomas; her niece Suzanne Dowell (Craig); her great-niece Holly Schreiner (Scott); and her great-nephew Christopher Thomas (Leeann).
