With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Maxey (Vinton, Virginia), who passed away on January 22, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Dowdy and Ethel St. Clair Dowdy; and her brother David. She is survived by: her husband Richard Davis Maxey; her children, Todd (Becky), Tammy (Chris) and Tim; her daughter-in-law Mitzi; her grandchildren, Katie (Josh), Zach, Kendall, Evan, Ryan and Asher; her great grandchild Ayden; and her sister Sandra Larkins (Cliff).
