He is survived by: his siblings, Charlie Tinsley and Patricia Steele; his wife Linda Hodges-Tinsley; his children, Dennis Tinsley (Peggy), Susan Walters (C. W.), Michelle Conner (Richard Artutis) and Pamela Tinsley; his great grandchild Fabian Tinsley; his stepdaughter Rhonda Cornett; and his stepgrandchildren, Renee, Seth Hodges, Grayson and Lilly Cornett.
