She was predeceased by: her husband Charlie E. Wade; her son Gary Allen Wade; her parents, Harley Bower and Lizzie Bower of Christiansburg, Virginia; and her sister Jeanette Houston of Summersville.
She is survived by: her daughter Rita; her son-in-law Ronald H. Leiser; her grandson Charles Herman (Stephanie Leiser); and her great grandchild Charles Herman Leiser II. She is also survived by her nephew and nieces.
