She is survived by: her daughter Donna Beth Conklin (Dwayne) of Susquehanna; her brother Tommy Fuqua; her aunts, Betty Dickerson, Barbara Bush (Billy), Virginia "Doody" Ham and Sara Prillaman (Don); her uncle Ernest Clement (Lelia Ann); her cousins, Myra Wood, Susie Reid and Martha Mannon; her brother Terry Fuqua; her sister-in-law Rhonda Fuqua; and also, Hazel Fuqua and Tommy Fuqua (Nadia). She is also survived by father, step-mother.
