It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dean Randall Heptinstall (Vinton, Virginia), who passed away on January 25, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Edwin Heptinstall; and his brother Kevin Heptinstall. He is survived by: his mother Betty Heptinstall; his brothers, Steve Heptinstall (Ann) and David Heptinstall (Kaye); his nieces, Whitney, Amanda and Kim; and his great-niece Claire.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 3959 Electric Road, Suite 222, Roanoke, VA 24018.
