It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Ayers of Vinton, Virginia, who passed away on July 15, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Thomas Ayers and Laura Cornelia Williams Ayers; his son Michael; his brothers, Daniel and Melvin; his sister-in-law Annabell Peggy; and his stepdaughter Kay.

He is survived by: his wife Pamela K. Ayers; his children, Teresa, Loretta, Gary and Donald (Debbie); his stepsons, Bradley and Jerry; his siblings, Jessie (Jill), Harold and Nancy (Bill); his sister-in-law Susan; and his friend Joyce. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren.
