He is survived by: his wife Teresa Peagler (Spence); his children, Charles E Peagler Jr. of Vinton, Lindy Eubanks (Scott) of Roanoke and Tiffany NeSmith (Jason) of Sylvania; his grandchildren, Jacob NeSmith, Kaleigh NeSmith, Joshua Schurlknight, Marshall Peagler and Alexandra Peagler; his sister Linda Clark (Willie); and his sister-in-law Rose Peagler.
