Cunningham; his sister Charlene Miller; his grandchildren, Jordan Earick, Justin Eades, Brie Rowe, Megan Rowe, Caleb Cunningham and Lance Cunningham; his great grandchildren, Bentley Smith, Braelynn Creasy and Weston Earick; and his mother-in-law Sue Atkinson.
