She is survived by: her children, Robin Brown (Donny Cash), Linda Brown-Jones (Derrick Jones), Malissa Gordon Hartwell (Tony Hartwell) and Jimmy "JP" Brown (Tricia Brown); her great-uncle Butch Peters (Sheila); her sister-in-law Lorraine Simmons; her stepchildren, David Carter and Teresa Marsh; and her grandchildren, Lauren (Eric), Jasmine (Jon), Michael (Karlee), Wes, Charleigh (Hassan), Anthony Jr., Kolby, Jesse (Hannah), Sydni and Autumn. She is also survived by her children's and grandchildren's friends consider her family.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to her church, Lighthouse Bible Church for her name on a seat.
