Calvin Powers Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Calvin Powers of Vinton, Virginia, who passed away on June 3, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Powers and Vera Powers of Bedford County; his wife Louise; and his brothers, J. Henry and Macon Powers.
He is survived by: his daughter Judy Sutton (Ted); his grandchildren, Michael (Amanda), Brian (Megan) and Brittany Sutton; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Ethan and Kara. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Masks and social distancing would be appreciated at the visitation and the service.
