It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Cooper of Vinton, Virginia, who passed away on June 5, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert L. Cooper and Rhodessa Cooper; and his siblings, Ruby, Hubert L., Jr., George Nathaniel, Vance and Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jacobs Cooper; his children, Sharon Miller (Chuck) of Maryland, Stephen Cooper (Brenda) of Charlottesville, Stephanie Folsom (Jim) of Indiana, Jim Cooper (Alisa) of Daleville and Teresa Crawford (Shawn) of Forest; his grandchildren, Andrew, Brandon (Trent Miller), Stephen J., Olivia (Brendan Cooper), Jason (Deanna Folsom), Allison (Ethan Cooper) and Austin (Ashley Crawford); his great grandchildren, Noah, Micah, Kate and Chase Miller; and his sister Louise Harris.
