She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Cline and Ruth Geraldine O'Connor; and her brother Michael Eugene Linkenhoker. She is survived by: her husband David Holmes; her son Jacob Holmes; and her siblings, Kathy Judy (Richard), Edwin L. O'Connor and Joseph C. O'Connor.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Association.
