We are sad to announce that on December 12, 2019, Betty Cox Shipp (Vinton, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Charles W. Shipp; and her brothers, David Breece Cox, Owen Lantz Cox, James Alfred Cox and William Frank Cox.

She is survived by: her children, Pamela Snelgrove (Greg), Judy Shipp (Lloyd), Donna Boucher (John) and Gary Shipp (Karen); her grandchildren, Kelly Shipp, Ashley Shipp, Allie Boucher and Abby Boucher; and her great grandchildren, Devin, Madison and Paisley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Thrasher Memorial United Methodist Church.
