She is survived by: her children, Brenda Kessler and Herman (Hartless III); her great grandchild Kourtney Peck; her grandchildren, Curtis Hartless (Tina), Shannon Carr (Christy), Marnie Chitwood, Felicia Mitchell (Brian), Amanda Lewis (Nate), Missy Garland and Eddie Garland; her niece Darlene Johnson; and her close friends, Elouise Bowman, Liz Lily and Rocky Price. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
