He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Overbey Moser; his daughters, Anna Garcia of Vinton and Courtney Hill (Tim) of Hampton, VA; his stepdaughters, Candy Chewning (Tyler) of Vinton and Michele Carden of Florida; and his brother Barry Moser (Jackie) of Florida.
